Terms of Service

CiteAnything provides tools for research, source capture, citation replay, knowledge-base processing, and AI-assisted work. Outputs can contain errors and do not replace professional legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring that you have permission to process submitted content.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized use. You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, bypass access controls, distribute malware, abuse infrastructure, or interfere with other users.

Founding Pro is billed monthly at the price shown before Checkout. Unless cancelled, it renews automatically each billing period. Each successfully paid subscription invoice adds the usage credit shown on the pricing page. Usage credits are service credits, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are consumed by eligible agent operations.

Taxes and the merchant or payment entity handling the transaction are disclosed in hosted Checkout. CiteAnything does not store full payment-card details. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the customer portal while it is available.

You may cancel at any time. Unless the customer portal states otherwise, paid access continues through the current billing period and future renewals stop. Refund eligibility is governed by the published Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant the limited permission needed to process, store, render, and transmit that content to provide requested features. We may suspend access needed to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or maintain service integrity.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Liability is not excluded where doing so would be unlawful; otherwise, aggregate liability relating to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that service during the preceding twelve months.

We may update these terms when the product, provider relationships, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date.
